A little knowledge goes a long way
The big difference between mediocre design and really great design (apart from a talented creative of course) has to be a well-informed strategy.
Insight and knowledge provides understanding. Understanding all the issues of a project means we know exactly what we’re dealing with. And figuring out how best to tackle the issues results in a robust strategy. Only then do we start the creative process.
That’s why we offer insight and strategy as part of our service. Okay, lots of smaller jobs don’t need it, but the projects that do benefit greatly – Natural England, Scope, Mulberry Consulting to name but a few.
Research is another strength – from customer surveys to focus groups to stakeholder interviews, we work with a specialist research company to collect and disseminate key information for us to use constructively.
Ours is an integrated approach that keeps us in the ‘really great’ category.
