The tailor made dining company
This small chain of pub-restaurants was at a crossroads regarding its business model. The company was about to undergo a major refurbishment of one of its sites and saw an opportunity to develop its brand, strengthen its offer and put in place a clear strategy for moving forwards.
The business had struggled with its original brand and its marketing collateral was poor, with a confused mix of messages for customers. The first and most important decision was how each pub should be positioned – each one uniquely branded to look like an independent or seen as part of a chain and so build on the cachet of the company’s name and reputation. The latter route provided a better foundation for growth and we developed a new brand and positioning to convey the quality of food and accommodation.
A more cohesive branding across the portfolio, which reflected the company’s offer of good food cooked well and quality accommodation, as well as responding to how the pub industry has evolved in recent years. Radius applied the new brand and visual identity across all key customer touchpoints, from leaflets, posters, seasonal offers and menus to the website, to ensure consistency. The new look was integral to increasing footfall and profit, and we continue to work with TMD on an ongoing basis.
